LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index

Effective at the market close on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, INBX will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.

On January 23, 2024, Inhibrx announced that it would be acquired by Sanofi for $30.00/share in cash and one CVR for up to $5.00/cash.
