Effective at the market close on Thursday, March 16, 2024, ALPN will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.

On April 10, 2024, Alpine Immune Sciences announced that it would be acquired by Vertex Pharmaceuticals for $65.00/share in cash.
